hello , a friend have a problem and i want to solve it. when he open the computer says Realtek pci-e fast ethernet boot agent press shift-f10 to configure....... and the windows dont starts. Restarts alone for a lot of times. why? what is this? i try to remove Cmos battery, 24pin for power,and in bios i choose default settings, and boot from hdd. and i remove rambut same think.. please help me someone.. the pc is hp 500mt

Hi,
it sounds like it's defaulting to network boot for some reason. Do you know what condition the HDD is in? Also check connections between HDD and moBo.
Have you tried booting into safe mode by pressing F8 on start up?
