I was deleting some things and when i went to empty the recycle bin i deleted it on accident. How can i get it back??

follow tips in the link above or right-click on the desktop and hit personalise. On the left-hand -side you'll see written 'change desktop icons' click that. You can now choose which icons you want on your desktop by placing a tick inside the relevant boxes..

If you don't want it to happen again, you can run the attached reg file. Why MS chose to put an option in the recycle bin drop down menu to delete it, is beyond anyones (except MS's ) comprehension!
