Windows 7 Reformating without PS/2 mouse

I need to reformat my windows 7 PC, but I don't have a PS/2 mouse, only wireless/USB. When reformatting in the past I've gotten stuck before the USB drivers installed, when a USB mouse would not work. Previously I usually had a corded PS/2 mouse around and just plugged it in and kept going, but I don't have one on hand at the moment. I do have a PS/2 keyboard.

I've been looking at what mouse commands that can be done with a keyboard but I'm not completely sure that I can get through the menus on the driver installation disc. The PC is custom built with an Asus P8Z77-V LK mother board and an OEM version (Dell) of Windows 7 Professional 64bit that I purchased separately. Is this possible to do with only a keyboard?
