i have been trying update Skype for 3 days and tried to rid registry of it but unsuccessfuly, keep getting an error saying: could not open key: UNKNOWN32\Skype.content\shell\open when i tried to update
i have searched for this with no success, so i went thru whole registry and set permissions for me to full controlon all skype entries tried to reinstall update and still get error,
really need to fix this,
please advise on solutions
