Windows 7 Reinstalling Windows 7

Because I have a few problems (one of which is described in the forum), or you can reinstall Windows 7 without losing any existing data, and simply replacing the current system files? I do not want to lose my music, installed programs and games. I do not want to move it to a pendrive or CD.
