Windows 8 remote registry issues

I just ran into a issue I never have before. Why is the registry different when using remote registry compared to when you use regedit locally?

Because when you remote into a windows network, you do so as a client, not a local user... this stops a hacker from getting into your regedit and making a mess of your system.
