I wish to know how to fix this issue (magnet links) ? I've installed bittorrent, but not showing on d.a.s page, after refreshing Firefox.

An image from 'Firefox refresh'. Error message stating lack of permissions to access BitTorrent.exe file in Downloads.

Reset Protocol Handler Behavior: - You can reset the Magnet links protocol handler by doing the following: - Type about:config in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. - Promise to be careful. - Right-click on an empty space on the page, and select "New" > "Boolean." - For the preference name, enter network.protocol-handler.expose.magnet and set it to false. - Restart Firefox and try clicking on a magnet link to see if it prompts you to choose the desired application to open it. 4. Reinstall BitTorrent: - If the issue persists, try reinstalling BitTorrent to ensure that the necessary protocol handlers are correctly registered between Firefox and the BitTorrent application. 5. Check Privacy or Security Extensions: - Some privacy or security extensions in Firefox might block external protocols like magnet links. Temporarily disable any such extensions and see if the issue resolves. Following these steps should help resolve the issue with magnet links not opening in your BitTorrent client when clicked in the Firefox browser.
