Run time error 53 WBtrv32.dll File missing

After windows 10 update my pastel express v11 not opening
Got message Run time error 53 , WBtrv32.dll not found
Copied file to windows and PSVW directories but still not working
Any suggestion

Stupid question; did you installed the .dll file?
Sometimes just copy and paste it to the windows directory isn't enough.

Try this in the command section : regsvr32 filename.dll
