i would like to if its possible on windows 7 to run a bat each time computer starts from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run for example of from startup
or its just not possible because of the uac ?
i dont want to use task scheduler

In Windows 7 Professional and above go to Start -> Search -> gpedit.msc

Navigate to Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Scripts (Startup/Shutdown)

From here, you can use GPO scripts to accomplish what you are getting at. However, Task Scheduler would be a lot easier.

Use this important resource: Scripting for Group Policy
