Same KB has downloaded and installed 61 times

Everytime I log off it says Downloading Pleas Wait and KB2310138 downloads and installs. What should I do to stop this from happening? K2310138 is an update for MS Security Essentials.

I believe that that is the default name for the Microsoft Security Essentials Signature Updates and I believe if you will check "Review your update history" you will notice that along side each KB update you will see a definition update version number incrementally higher than the previous. So I believe that is planned default behavior.
