Hi,
As of today Samsung does not deliver any support between their phones and Windows 7. According to their tech...they are working on it.
I have been in contact with AT&T that sells the phones and asked them how they can sell a product that does not support the latest OS....answer...they are working on it.
Windows 7 have been out for a while now and its frustrating how big company's just don't give a ****.

Transferring Files via USB: You can still transfer files between your Samsung phone and Windows 7 PC using a USB connection. This method allows you to manually transfer photos, videos, documents, and other files. 3. Third-Party Software: Consider using third-party software solutions that facilitate file transfers between your Samsung phone and Windows 7. 4. Cloud Services: Utilize cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive to transfer files between your devices. While the official support may be limited, exploring these alternative options may help mitigate some of the compatibility issues you are facing. If you encounter any specific issues or need further assistance, feel free to provide more details so I can offer more tailored advice.
