Windows 7 samsung pc studio 3

I have got samsung pc studio 3 on my computer which is windows 7, when I try to drag a wmv video clip into the movie area to convert it to mp4 nothing happens Its showing as If nothings there I don't understand why. when I had this software on my windows xp it worked with no problems. Was just wondering If there Is anything missing? Also I am trying to convert this video clip which is originally a wmv clip to put on my Samsung Steel SGH-V10 and having no look with this aswell unsupported format It says when I try to play on my phone. Was just wondering If anyone could help me with both these problems would be gratefull.

Have you tried "New PC Studio" ? I had PC Studio 3 and PC Studio 7, both of which would not connect via Bluetooth. I tried New PC Studio, and haven't had any problems. Works well in 7 home premium. Now, if I could get it to work in Vista, but that's another issue.......
