VIDEO Screens jumping between fullscreen and minized automatically

I have a problem with my display, application screens(internet browsers, media player, even virtual box guest os applications) are automatically shifting between full screen and restore down state repeatedly, this annoying shaking/jumping not let me to do anything not even letting to do tasks like alt+tab or maximizing other apps from taskbar.

That is imput stutter;
1. wireless keyboard/ mouse
2. tracking software is running in the back ground or
3. the motherboard is starting to fail--- unlikly but does happen.

Hi

Try unplugging you Keyboard and navigating with just the mouse.
Then do the same thing the other way around, and see if the problem persists.

Try logging in, in safe mode and see if the problem persists.

If you can log in it safe mode and it works normally try checking to see if your video drivers can be updated, and run SFC /scannow from the elevated command prompt.

Run Malwarebytes and see if you find any malware.

Do you have any restore points before the problem started?

Come back and let us know of your progress.
