I have tried every thing I can think of to fix "jerky scrolling" and cannot fix it. I have gone to "tools" clicked"options", clicked "advanced, clicked "smooth scrolling" but nothing works. This a very frustrating issue , especially when I want to scroll up or down just onr line of text. Any one got an answer for me.
