Windows 7 Second Taskbar

A second task bar that like the original but without start menu and time. and I still want to be able to pin stuff to it. I have rocketdock but i'd like it to be a full sized taskbar like the 7 taskbar is. I want to be able to like have all my internets open on one task bar and have the folders open on another and be able to move them back and forth.

any good way to do this. ir should i stick with one taskbar.?

Well you see. I have quick launch and icons saved on there. but after all that it takes up way too much room on my task bar. I wanted another one that i could use and put it on autohide.
