Windows 7 Setup file do not show GUI on desktop

Dear all,
I have a question about the installation of a program setup file.
When I run (as administrator) the setup file wich I have purchased from a supplier no install screen is presented on my desktop Windows 7 Home premium.
I see in the taskmanager that a process of that file is running but in the program tab there is no program running.
If I run the same file in Windows Vista everything is fine and I get the install screen.
The supplier givs me as an answer that his program is fully compatible with Windows 7.
Is there somebody who can help me?

Dear all,

I have found the solution by myself.
DEP was disabled.
After switch on the setup file was going to install as it should be.
