Windows 7 Should I Install Microsoft Office 2007 SP3 Update on a 64bit System?

I have Office 2007 Standard and a 64bit system and keep get asked install update thatis called "The 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pak 3 (SP3) it's about 281MB and has programs which I don't have and know nothing about.
