i am including the minidump from the latest crash to see if i can get some help with this one, it is driving me nuts.

i put the pc to sleep at night and then when resumed in the morning i am either greeted with a smooth working desktop or a bsod. i am at my wits end trying to sort this out, so i will come and ask the experts.

Hi Farscape247 and Welcome to The Forum.

STOP 0x0000007A: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
Usual causes:
Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack.

Your latest dump file lists ntkrnlmp.exe as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes. Random stop codes can often indicate hardware issues.

As a Priority:

Delete current paging file by setting system to "no paging file" reboot, Reset paging file, reboot.

Run chkdsk /f /r on your main system drive/partition.

AtiPcie.sys Tue May 05 16:00:22 2009 ATI PCIE Chipset Driver. Go to Mobo Mfr. or AMD. There's a March 2010 set here.

Download and run CPU-Z. Take screenshots**/snips of the Mainboard tab, Memory tab and all the slot #'s under the SPD tab.
Go to Post Reply, click on the Go Advanced button and attach the screenshots**/snips to your post for all the RAM experts to see by using the paper clip you will find on the top toolbar. Do not zip them up.

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff6fb80000000, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: ffffffffc000009d, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 000000009c2cf880, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: fffff70000000000, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)

Let us know how it goes. If you get further problems with blue screens, attach your new dump files and details and we'll move on from there.

here are the screen shots for you.

i also cleared the page file and updated the driver.

CPU.
GPU.
Mainboard.
Mem Slot 1.
Mem Slot 2.
Memory.
i have also included mainboard, cpu and gpu.

i have also run a full scan disk including surface check and there were no errors, but i have noticed something when shutting down or restarting, when about to shut down, the hdd's start spining up then down then up then down then it shuts down. when botting up, at the post screen the drives start up one by one then the pc boots normally.

i have 3x 1TB seagate barracuda 7200 drive installed.

i think i found the problem, the latest sata driver was causing read write errors on the drive, i backed up, downloaded seatool's and completely wiped the drive, then re installed win7 without any issues. the spin down and spin up on shutdown has gone away.

all seems fine now, thanks for your help anyway.
