hade en sony/Vaio förut som crascha köpte en Toshiba insallerade windows från fabriksny men filer från gamla datorn finns kvar b,l,a att sonys websida hänger kvar tillsammans med msn sidan hur får jag bort sonys websida?

“had a Sony / Vaio requires that crascha bought a Toshiba insallerade windows from brand new but the files from the old computer is left B, L, A to Sony's website hangs together with msn hand, how do I remove the Sony website?”
