Windows 7 sound card no working problem

the sound car is on the mother board the dirivers are installed and correct in driver manager
the error message is the device is disabled
The service is showing both are started
the driver shows no speakers see upload

Check the 3.5 mm cable...make sure it's plugged all the way in on both the PC and the speakers/monitor or what ever you are using.
 
it does not matter whats pluged in a headphone or speakers either front or back of the computer
 
This is what I would do....I would download Revouninstaller, the free version, then uninstall your driver using that software. Then go to RealTek and download the latest version from there and install that version.
 
Check in your BIOS for anything sound related and see if it's enabled? The only other possibility is that the onboard sound has crapped out. What's got me stumped is the fact that the software is recognizing the port that the 3.5mm jack is plugged in by the highlighted green color.
 
clicking on the sound icon at the bottom right, what is your default playback device set to? This is what mine looks like
