Windows 7 Speech Recognition question

In Windows 7 Pro, once Speech Recognition is turned on, I want to invoke keyboard commands that have more than 2 keys. In Photoshop, for instance, Save for Web is Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S. If I say: Press Control plus Alt plus Shift plus S, nothing happens. Is there a way to invoke commands that reference more than 2 keys? Does anyone know if Dragon software is able to do this?

A little background: I have a Cintiq, and Speech Recognition is a good alternative to trying to remember all the buttons and their meaning in different apps. I've already tried this approach to change tools by pressing the related key: Press B for Brush, for example. Except for a small lag, this looks very promising as an alternative to fumbling with a keyboard at my side.

Thanks!
