Does anyone know how to make windows 7 say, "working," like Spock's computer did in the original series? It would be cool to make it say that whenever something is taking awhile...

Well the audio has to got to be available online by now, or just use some sort of audio recorder and save the sound byte locally to the system.

I presume you already know how to change audio effects... but for those that have not done so.

To change audio... right click the audio icon on the taskbar, near the clock and click "sounds".

    -or-

Open control panel> click 'sound', and choose the last tab 'sounds'.

I am currently trying out which audio effect, affects programs that are being 'opened' and 'worked' on while busy and so far... 'open program' covers most of them.

Just for the fun of it... I found these:

    Star Trek Sound Effects

    Star Trek - Original Series
