Error message saying "The number of connections to this computer is limited and all connections are in use" when logging as standard user.

Is there any ways to fix it?? Thanks

Solution
I would remove the network cable and reboot the computer for starters. What end point protection software is in use? Some security software can lock the user registry hives or prevent the user profile service from starting correctly and that could cause this message.

Not what I'm asking. Are you logging directly in to the computer, are you remoting into the computer etc.
