Windows 7 Still cant logon to Windows Live Messenger

Iv tried everything iv been told uincluding
delete all the cache
reinstall wlm
fix .dll files
turn off firewall completely
tried reparing windows live messenger
old version of messenger


And still getting temp unavailable but i actually do sign in, my friends tell me i sign in but on my computer it doesnt
and eventually tells me i cant..

Anything i have missed? please help.. this is very frustrating!
everything else has worked perfectly!

im using
version 2009 build 14.0.8064.206

i also tried going back to wlm 8.1 and same problem
reinstalled V9 and same shit

Im not using a firewall and tried turning the windows one off.. no luck

try this

every time microsoft bring out a new version of msn or live messenger, it has problems until they replace it. if you have problems even with older versions, you can log on to your msn account using Web and Mobile Messenger for MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, AIM, Google Talk, Facebook | eBuddy the free alternative. also allows you to log on to other instand messenger accounts including facebook and others
