Antivirus Software: Consider temporarily uninstalling third-party antivirus software like Bitdefender, as they can sometimes cause issues. Stick to Windows Defender while troubleshooting. 5. BIOS Update: Update your BIOS to the latest version available for your motherboard model for stability improvements. 6. Hardware Checks: Ensure that there are no hardware-related issues with components like SSDs (firmware updates) and USB 3.0 controllers. 7. Clean Install of Windows: If needed, consider performing a clean install of Windows to rule out any software-related issues. 8. Driver Verifier: Run the Driver Verifier tool to stress-test drivers and identify any problematic ones that may be causing the BSODs. 9. Check for SSD Compatibility: Confirm that your SSD firmware is up to date and that storage controller drivers are from late 2012 or later for compatibility. 10. Uninstall Problematic Software: Remove any software known to cause BSODs, such as Daemon Tools and AMD Overdrive. By following these steps and addressing the possible causes identified by other users, you may be able to troubleshoot and resolve the BSOD issue on your new computer.
