Windows 7 Stop calling it Windows Vienna and Windows Blackcomb

Calling it that is like calling Windows Vista Windows longhorn, Microsoft is no longer using that name. It's officially Windows 7, so everyone should quit calling it other names.

Codename Longhorn has become Windows Server 2008 - I doubt much code of it will be found in 7.
Vista ISN'T Longhorn - they gave up on that project and based Vista upon XP.
Just thought I'd get that off my chest :p

Yes, the old Longhorn was scrapped, but Windows Vista (along with Windows Server 2008) had the codename Longhorn at first. Old Longhorn and Vista/Server 2008 were both based on XP, although Vista/Server 2008 were based on Server 2003 rather than directly on XP.

Longhorn was the version of windows developed up until the refresh builds, which intro'd after M7.
After M7, it was all Vista.
