Windows 10 Sudden Drop in Doom Game Resolution from 2560x1440 to 640x480: Need Help!

My doom game on steam was playing at 2560 x1440 an now it play at 640 x 480 And I tried to change my resolution but it still wouldn’t change

I have a snow blind and he kept on going to the second monitor
