suggestion - please remove the 365 day password re-use rule

Couldn't remember my password, used the password reset and now when i go to change my password back to something i can remember it tells me i cant use the password because i've used it within the last year.

If you make me change it to something i'm not going to remember, i'm just going to have to use the reset link again, and then i'll have to change the password to something i've even less like to remember.

So just a suggestion/request - please remove the 365 day password re-use rule.

Or you could go into the Group Policy and change the number to 0.

gpedit.msc > Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Account Policies > Password Policy

heh i think you misunderstood me - i was talking about the 365 day rule on the bulletin boards here, not in windows.
