Windows 7 System Restore OFF

I am unable to repair create windows restore point, I have attached few image.
can any body please help me out.

Windows usually creates a restore point, every time something crucial happens. Like in System Restore - Microsoft Windows.

If I understand you correctly, you need to and want to create a restoration point? You're not in desperate need of using one?

As you can see Norton 360/ Revo Uninstaller, Can't work properly. Because it has being turn OFF

Just turn on System Restore: Turn System Restore on or off
