Windows 10 System Stuck on BSOD

Got the BSOD about an hour ago and it's been stuck on 86% progress since then. Should I keep waiting or is it safe to hold the power button to shut it down?

Hi,
CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT error is a bsod error meaning a secondary processor crashed or locked up. This doesn't mean you have two processors but that something like your gpu chip or sound chip has crashed.
As it's been some hours since you posted has the situation changed any?
