My first though would be just the Minidump sometime might not help sometime we need more information the more easily and quickly we can fix issues. I have seen on of the experts (John a.k.a jcgriff2) posting instructions which gives us lot of information to troubleshoot BSOD.
This is exciting, and it is apparent from our last meeting that we need to promote social groups more. I will be looking into this, as well as consolidating the award systems.
