Windows 7 The Run command at Start

Well, darn. I did a search of this forum first before addressing my question. Got 11 pages of hits, but I still couldn't find an answer nor the actual question asked LOL.

Question. I like the Run command but with Win 7, it isn't part of the Start menu. I would like to "pin" it to Start. I can find it by Search, but I'd like to see it there w/o doing that.

Can someone tell me how to do that?

A while ago, I found out how, but I have forgotten how.

Nevermind, I found it! For those who want the Run command to show with the Start Menu, right click the start globe and choose Properties/Customize. It's a little more than 1/2 down the list.

You can also access it by going to Start Search Programs and Files

Thank you. That's what I had been doing. I just needed the command to be at the Start Menu for faster access
