Helo,
Last Year I bought a license for Office 365 Personal.
I register it in my Microsoft account
That license expires today.
I already bought another license.
When I try to insert the new license in any Office 365 Applications he said that I have no office registered in my account.
Why and how can I resolve this problem?
In the screenshot(1) you can see that the system tells me that I have an OFFICE 365 in my Hotmail user.
Thanks you and nice week-end.

Solution
I thought Office 365 was subscription based. When your subscription expires you have to follow the "renewal" process.

Yes I get Help but nothing is working.
The solution I find is that I don´t want. To reinstall Office. Why?
Because I lost last year a long time to configure Outlook as I want.
If I install again it is a problem to reconfigure again.
And as you can see in the screenshot(1) the system says that the OFFICE 365 belongs to my account, and when I can change licence he doesn´t permit, because i don´t have no OFFICE in my account!!!
Something is wrong in this process.
Is always the problem of Microsoft Products.
They doesn´t work as must work.
Best regards

Hello Bassfisher6522,
Thank you for your help.
It works, obviously, because you understood whats happens.
Best regards and nice weekend.
After I saw the screen of "Office.com/setup" i remember the same way last year.
Thanks again
