Windows 7 Trouble Installing 64-bit Version: Stuck on Blue Screen with No Menu

When I try to install the 64 bit version it makes it to the first blue screen where the install menu box loads and just sits there. I have a mouse cursor that work but the menu never appears.

System Specs:
Asus P5N32-E SLI
E8400 CPU
4GB Crucial RAM
8800GT Vid Card

Any ideas?
