I found some custom Windows 7 themes on DeviantArt.com, but when I try to install them instead of the task bar being clear it turns Grey. I have a newer graphics card a Integrated ATI Radeon HD4200 Graphics card with the drivers installed, so why am I having problems and how can I fix it?

Do you have the uxtheme patcher installed ? This patcher modifies uxtheme.dll so you can install 3rd party themes.
Think if you really need it. Quite a few people use it, and many don't. Neither do I.

Okay I patched the files and the themes work now.
