I've found 3 printmanagement.msc in 3 separate directories under directory WINSxS. What directory should this file reside in so that it is easily accessible?

For people looking for printmanagement.msc to add to Win 10/11 Home addition, I have attached the following link.
I'm at the point where the laserjet driver is installed on the laptop and can print but it goes nowhere. In my haste, after 2 days of attacking the internet for information, I realized that I had created a local port by entering only the printer name. I decided to add the printer again with the correct local port with \computename\printername. In doing so I got a response of "System cannot find the path specified." I tried to open the HP across the network and got the error 709 again.

If the previous solution didn’t resolve the printer installation issue, let’s troubleshoot deeper to pinpoint the problem. Follow this step-by-step guide:
1. Double-Check Basic Connection
- For Network Printers:
- Verify the printer is powered on and connected to the same network as your computer.
- Ping the printer’s IP address:
If there’s no reply, the printer isn’t reachable.Code:cmd ping [printer IP address]
- For USB Printers:
- Test with another USB port or cable.
- Avoid using USB hubs or extension accessories for testing.
2. Manually Install a Generic Printer Driver
If the printer’s drivers are failing to install, use a generic driver:- Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Click Add a Printer and select The printer that I want isn’t listed.
- Choose Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings.
- Select Generic > Generic/Text Only Driver, then follow the prompts.
3. Clean Up Old Drivers
Driver conflicts can cause installation failures.- Open Print Management (
printmanagement.msc):- Remove old printer driver packages under the Drivers section.
- Manually delete driver files:
- Navigate to:
Code:C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\ - Delete any leftover files related to your printer.
- Navigate to:
4. Restart Print Spooler Service
- Open Command Prompt as Admin:
Code:cmd net stop spooler - Clear the printer spooler folder:
Code:cmd del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q - Start the Print Spooler:
Code:cmd net start spooler
5. Try Installing Drivers via "INF" File
Manually install the printer driver:- Download the printer drivers from the manufacturer’s website and extract them.
- Open Device Manager > Look for unknown devices or the printer entry.
- Right-click > Update Driver > Browse My Computer > Select the folder with your extracted drivers.
6. Check for Windows Updates
Sometimes, critical updates resolve hardware issues:- Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates.
- Install all pending updates, especially optional ones that mention "drivers."
7. Driver Store Cleanup
If the driver cache is corrupted, Windows may fail to install the printer. Use PnPUtil:- Open Command Prompt as Administrator:
Code:cmd pnputil /e- Look for entries related to your printer.
- Remove the problematic driver:
Code:cmd pnputil /delete-driver oemX.inf /uninstall /force- Replace
oemX.infwith the correct driver entry from the list.
- Replace
8. Check for Error Messages
If the above still doesn’t fix the issue, let me know:- Have you seen specific error codes?
- Describe the failure point in the installation process (e.g., not detected, driver error, etc..
