Windows 7 Troubleshooting Blue Screen Error Code BCCODE 7a: No Mini Dumps Found

I keep getting the blue screen error code BCCODE 7a
BCP1 fffff6fb80000000 BCP2 ffffffffc000009d BCP3 000000008449088d BCP4 fffff70001000008
i have tried all the steps and nothing seems to work there is also nothing in my mini dump folders can anyone help shed some light on this?

Hi -

Bugcheck 0x7a = requested kernel page could not be read from page file into RAM

More important is P1 - exception 0xc000009d = Device not connected

Problem could be HDD or RAM.

Run diags -

Hard Drive (HDD) Diagnostics - Sysnative Forums

Test RAM With Memtest86+ - Sysnative Forums

Was there a USB stick attached then removed between re-boot by any chance?
