Windows 7 Troubleshooting Green Screen Issue After Windows 7 Installation at Best Buy

I had best buy install windows 7 for me and when I turned on my computer my screen is green. I don't know what to do. Has anyone had this problem, do you know how to fix it?

More info about exactly what is happening might help. Does the screen happen during boot, or after you log in, etc.?

If it is a humming bird screen, you might try giving it more time.
