i have found that the problem was on my hdd
in my previeus post i told i stucked on the load screen i unplugged my hdd
Windows 10 doesn't open
it didn´t happen anymore

and when i did plug in my hdd back i format it but then the computer was stuck and i was again stuck at the load screen
what´s wrong with my hdd
 
Solution
If you re-installed Windows and it still will not load, you most likely have a failing drive in this case or there is an issue with drivers. I would use a drive fitness test utility to test the drive. Some motherboards will have built-in tests in BIOS or use can use Hirens if you have another computer available to create a bootable disc or usb.
