Windows 7 Unable to access FTP in windows 7

Hi,

I am unable to connect to an FTP using IE or FTP Client ( Filezilla, CuteFTP, SmartFTP). Please help me how I can resolve this issue...

I just do it from Windows Explorer. Maybe if you try with Windows Explorer you will get an error message that will indicate the problem. I suspect the firewall is getting in the way. Click Start and type fire and run the firewall program and turn off the firewall and reboot and test your ftp programs.

Have you tried connecting to a different ftp server other than the one you are having problems with?

Test a few out of this site to see, scroll down you will see a list of them.
