Windows 7 Unable to share Ad Hoc connection

Hi,
I'm using a PC running Windows 7 Ultimate x64. My router is a wired one, and I wanted to have internet access on my phone when I'm at home. So I bought a wi-fi USB dongle to share internet.
After I create an Ad Hoc network, I don't get the "Share this internet connection" page, the wizard skips it, which from what I understood is supposed to appear.

The connection appears in the phone and it can allegedly connect to it, however it doesn't work and the phone doesn't seem to have internet access (the phone isn't faulty).
I attached a few screenshots to describe what my settings/configuration are.

Solutions anyone?

Couldn't really find anything in these links that looks any different as to what I did.
