Windows 7 Unable to turn on "MSMQ HTML Support"

Ive been trying to turn on MSMQ HTML Support through Window Features, but to no avail. I keep getting the error message "An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed" and then tells me to Restart my Computer, but still nothing has changed. I have all the other MSMQ's ticked, but just this one feature will not. I have also looked for other solutions(System Update Readiness Tool, Windows Updates, sfc /Scannow.) Nothing seems to be working

I am using a Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and did a Clean Install.

I notice, though, that you have already used the System Update Readiness Tool.
Do you get any errors thrown up elsewhere?
