Windows 7 Unexpected BSOD 0x000000D1 After Years: Seeking Help and Solutions

Hello all!

Never have I got a BSOD since 2009 when I 1st installed Windows 7 so I was shocked today when it started to happen.

So I've put the W7F, the CPUZ and the RAMmon files into a .zip archive and I beg for your help.

Looks like your NIC driver caused both the BSoDs, update it:

Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller(NDIS6.20)

Also update this driver:

Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility

I recommend that you replace Avast with MSE ,use the Link Removed to completely uninstall Avast and then download and install Microsoft Security Essentials.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, found out that the problem was an app called NetSpeedMonitor, since I installed it about a week ago. It was weird for me since newer drivers do not exist on the official web page and like I said been OK since 2009, so uninstalled NetSpeedMonitor and now no BSOD so far. Hope it stays that way. Thank you again.
