Windows 8 Unexpected Duplicate Local Account Appearing on Laptop After Logout

Something weird happened today when i logged off my laptop i see two of the same account with same username but the picture different like one big and small i only make one local account but i cannot get it why suddenly after logging off i got 2 same accounts please help me.

I'm unsure why your seeing two local accounts. Have you checked under User accounts in the Control panel? Have you thought of trying Windows 8 with a Microsoft account? Either a Hotmail or Outlook account will do and then windows 8 will show a whole different side. Plus it's extremely secure with any changes to the account needing a pin number sent to your cell phone for verification.
