Hello,
I've just recently installed Windows 7 Build 7100 and I'm just now beginning to play around with it. Over the past two or so days, however, my PC has been randomly shutting down when I leave the computer idle for a few hours.
Upon start up, it shows that the system has recovered from a critical error. Any help on tips to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
*EDIT*
After looking through the event viewer, it shows a Kernel-Power event, with an Event ID of 41 and Task Category 63, at around the times I presume the idle shutdown occurred. Hope this helps!
Thanks!
P.S. Also, upon manual shutdown, I have been receiving a BSOD error followed by a physical memory dump. Any help on this topic would be appreciated as well.
