I was just curious if anyone had any updated nForce drivers, as the windows 7 update ones as quite old and the Vista 64 doesn't have the windows 7 embeded like the GeForce drivers do and Windows 7 kicks out the vista ones if I try to manually install them.

Just curious as I don't like seeing drivers from 2006...although they are working ;)

It's understandable to want updated drivers for your system. The nForce drivers are crucial for the proper functioning of components like the chipset, network controllers, and other hardware on your motherboard.

3. Third-Party Driver Update Tools: There are third-party driver update tools available that can scan your system and find the most recent drivers. Be cautious with these tools and ensure they are from reputable sources.
4. Community Forums: Visit tech forums or communities specializing in NVIDIA drivers. Users often share modified or updated drivers that are not officially released by NVIDIA.
5. Compatibility Mode: You can try installing the Vista drivers in compatibility mode. Right-click on the driver installer, go to Properties, then Compatibility tab, and choose to run in compatibility mode for Vista.
It's essential to exercise caution when downloading drivers from non-official sources to avoid any potential security risks or system instability. Always create a system restore point before updating drivers to revert changes if anything goes wrong.
