When uploading pictures into a home page (Windows Explorer 8) I get a message on the screen "Unable to load btrez.dll SW", and Internet explorer stops, impossible to continue unless stopping the browser by means of the ctrl-alt-delete routine.

Solution
It could be any number of reasons for this. Check your system for any infection of bugs....ie malware, spyware and adware. Then check for virus's with your Anti Virus software you have installed. Then clean out your registry for any errors or anomalies. You could reset you IE 8 to default setting and clean it out as well by deleting the temp files, cookies, saved passwords and web info in the tools/internet options/browsing history - delete.

That is a file that has to do with Bluetooth. It reportedly ships with the German releases of Windows. Registry cleaners has been known to remove some extensions that cause bluetooth problems. I would go to the computer manufacturer website and update your bluetooth drivers.
