Do I have to do an upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 in order to do a clean install of 11 with the MCT?

No. There is no MCT version right now.

You can get a ISO copy from: Link Removed

You can also create your own using this guide:

You can get a Windows 11 ISO and create a bootable install disk.

Thanks, I did know there is no MCT now and about Insider preview ISO. I wanted to know about having to upgrade before a clean install, so thanks for that.
