HI.
I upgraded my memory recently and Windows Boots up. But, volume keys on my keyboard are not working. There is no Network icon as it used to be at the bottom right.
When I go to network settings this shows up...
What to do? I have upgraded all my drivers but ALAS!
I have troubleshooted but it shows that the troubleshooter couldn't identify the problem.

It seems like the screenshot you've attached highlights issues with your network adapter where the status states "Not present". This could be a driver-related issue that's causing your volume keys and network icon to malfunction as well. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve these issues:

- Right-click on your network adapter in Device Manager, choose "Uninstall device," then restart your computer. Windows will...

- Visit the manufacturer's website for your laptop or network adapter, download the latest driver, and install it manually.
Volume Keys Issue:
- Similarly, ensure that your audio drivers are up-to-date in Device Manager.
- You can try uninstalling the sound driver, restarting your system, and letting Windows automatically reinstall the driver on startup.
General Troubleshooting:
- Make sure your system is up-to-date with the latest Windows updates. Sometimes, updates can fix driver-related issues.
- If the issues occurred right after the memory upgrade, a System Restore to a point before the upgrade might resolve the problems.
