I'm using Excelfre software to open excel file from my application package.
My application package is using Dev c++ and FLTK package.
When I click from my application to open excel file the spawnv function open for me the exe file that created using Excelfre software.
It runs smoothly in windowx XP.
But when I changed to new computer which has vista, it can't work.
How to solve my problem?

P.S I checked in my windows firewall setting and put Excelfre as exception list but it still doesn't work.
